cant send instand messages on windows live

ok i do not kno y dis happened but weneva i try send an instand message to someone on windows live it says The following message could not be delivered to all recipients:
dis jus happened recently and i reinstalled msn da problem went away for a dai den it started agen at the moment i cannot send any instand messages to anyone as it will jus sayy The following message could not be delivered to all recipients: plz somebody helppppppppp !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
