Forwarding mail from goolemail

I have recently set up a googlemail account but need a bit of help.

If I want to forward a mail I have received, I know I can click on the forward button, but is there any way to select multiple recipients by selecting them from my address book ?

The way I am looking at it, you need to know the name of each individual you want to send it to.

When I used AOL, you were able to look at your address book and select who you wanted to send the mail to.

Maybe I am missing something, but can you help me please ???

Your address book is available from the side panel to the left.
