Outlook Express query?

When I open an email in Outlook Express the pane / window is very tiny (2" x 3"") and I have to Maximize the email every time.
Does anybody know how I can change it so that it opens the email in a full size window? I've searched in every corner of Outlook Express and I can't find anything that relates to the problem. It's such an obscure query I can't find anything on Google either.
Any ideas?

Try this craigfin . Open an e-mail , then using your cursor , drag the sides of the window to full screen. Then click file and close.
Next time you open an e-mail it should open full screen.

Remember the fix then , as it works for Internet Explorer , and at some stage it will do the same "small window" trick.
