Hi. I have a Sony Viao laptop with a rather small keyboard. Almost every time I try to send an e-mail in Outlook Express, the e-mail will send before I've finished typing it. So I have to send the e-mail in segments, which is a big problem because then the recipient gets about three partial e-mails from me. This is very frustrating and has been going on for a very long time, so I decided to post this message to see if anyone had any suggestions. I would really appreciate any help or ideas. I can't seem to find an answer to this question anywhere! Thank you, Brad Burton |

I would guess you are accidentally brushing the touchpad on the laptop whilst typing your email. Do you use the touchpad or have you got an external mouse? |

Not an answer to your question, but why have you included the size of your keyboard? Do you think this has a bearing on the issue? A temporary measure maybe to go to Tools > Options > Send > Un-check 'Send messages immediately'. This should allow you to finish your email and place it in the Outbox for sending when 'you' want to send it. |
