Hiding group email addresses

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 to send emails and when i send a group email, i want to be able to hide all email addresses but also want each person i am emailing to be able to just see their display name when they receive an email from me. how can i do this?

Re: Hiding group email addresses

Instead of using the "cc" option, use the "bcc" option ("blind carbon copy")

Yes i know how to do that, but it doesn't solve my other problem- i want the person(s) i am emailing to see just their display name in the "To" field-when they receive an email.

Re: Hiding group email addresses

You will find the option to achieve this in the address book.

Highlight the address, click on properties and in there detail the display name to be shown.
