email attachments won't open

i can open email but the attachment won't open. does any one know what i can do . its an application form for a job. thank you tabnab

Open Outlook Express | Tools menu | Options | Security tab & remove the checkmark from Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus Apply | OK

Copy it to another location ie. Desktop and try to open from there.

What type of document is the attachment - Word, PDF etc.?
