Anyone recommend a free good anti spam program that works with Outlook Express?

As in the title, has anyone any recommendations on an anti spam program thats free and will integrate with outlook express??

Spamihilator works as I have used it previously
Spamjab is featured in the Hints & Tips section of the latest Webuser magazine Issue 178 but I know nothing about it.
