I am receiving Emails with attachments contained within the body of the Email itself - not as a separate folder able to be clicked on at the top of the page. When I forward the Email on the 'attached' item does not appear at the receivers and invariably I am contacted to be told that they cannot find the item. This also means that I cannot store the item itself in a folder say in My Docs.
I have no problem with normally attached folders etc. Is there a simple explanation to this ? I am with talktalk and have no other probs. with them.
