Blocking the Kids from MSN

Hi, Does anyone know how I can block MSN from my little dears computers, please.
The whole thing is so poisonous as people fail to communicate effectively (says he posting on a message board!)
I know I'll be told to get a grip of my kids and just tell them but I can't be there all the time and I want to excercise some control electronically.

How to block msn messenger if a clip round the ear doesn't work
