E Mail not Responding

Just of late whilst viewing E Mails they seem to take forever to open. I am veiwing my messages on a double window. When i place the cursor on the message i want to read it seems to freeze and the task bar displays "Not Responding" this is so frustrating. I am running XP Pro, AVG, spybot,ISP Orange.
Appreciate any advice

Yahoo, sorry for the delay in getting back to you, i have tranfered most of my files /Docs etc to an external hard drive in the hope it may have helped, to no avail
