Anyone ever heard of this?

Hi all
My Uncle has asked me about this message he has appearing on his email. The message states:
""You have to open the dialogue box and close it by entering the 25 digit code".
This appears when they click on the "show content" message in their email.

The only 25 digit code that I'm aware of is the one you get from Microsoft, either for Windows itself or Office.
