virgin media mail

Hey,
Just changed isp's to use cable virgin ... used to be ntl home. I have created a new email address on the account that i want to setup in outlook express.
I have found the mail servers are mail.virgin.net and created an account in outlook express and saved my user id and password. However, when i do send and rec it just keeps asking me to confirm my password. I have checked that the password i entered is correct which it is.
Any ideas?

or

If your e-mail address is @ntlworld.com
* Ensure that POP3 is selected from the list of options in the box entitled My incoming mail server is a...
* In the text box entitled Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:, type in pop.ntlworld.com
* In the text box entitled Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:, type in smtp.ntlworld.com
