Saving E addresses
|
|
Can anyone tell me how I can save addresses on received TalkTalk Emails, I would have thought there would be direct means but I can't see it ?

Are you using Outlook Express or some other email programme?

Thanks for reply, I have just started with TalkTalk and go through Internet Explorer then use TalkTalk Email. I changed after many years with Orange/Wanadoo, and with them there was a save addresses click-on, but cannot find this with TalkTalk. By the way, all was smooth in the change over and I find no problems with them so far, (except minor such as this). Funny thing is I was told to get my MAC code from Orange - but no one has asked me for it !

Have a look at this link:
Webmail/TalkTalk Address Book
Select the Address Book > Troubleshooting
It may help.

Cheers Fusion, did as you said but I feel there must be a click-on I have missed. It's the same with attachments - there is no way of telling if anything has uploaded until the message is sent !
