Why are some of my options in IE6 greyed out e.g. "copy" "paste" etc - any help welcome - Thanks

You're talking about Internet Explorer 6 in the email section of the forum. What program has the greyed-out options?
In general, copy is not available unless something has been selected. Similarly, paste is only available if something has been copied.
