PROBLEM WITH EPROMPT NEED TO REPLACE HELP!

I have been using Eprompt to collect email messages from several adresses that I have with Hotmail and others.
Recently Eprompt has been unable to collect my mesages in Hotmail.
I would like to know if there are other programmes that will perform the same service
