BT Yahoo Broadband Sub Account emails

I had a sub account email in BT Yahoo Pay-as-you-go (PAYG)and want to keep this email address and transfer to my new sub account on BT Yahoo Broadband. I therefore deleted the sub account on PAYG and tried to create this email address in the Broadband account but it states it has already been taken, yes by me but I've deleted it from PAYG. Do anyone know if this email address is still stored on the BT Yahoo server and does it take time to be removed? Any ideas would be helpful.

I suspect you will have to log on to your "Pay as you go account" and remove that particular email address. Not sure how you do that at BT Yahoo but there must be some way of accessing your personal details on their Web Site as with other ISP's.
Whats the purpose of the Poll?

I transferred a couple of years ago and all my sub accounts came along automatically.
