Problems with "ClearMyMail.com"......?

Does anyone use ClearMyMail.com for Spam removal ? I signed upto it in May and I am experiencing problems. I used to get 4000 - 5000 spam a day from 2x email addresses, so it seemed a good idea to give them a try as they Guarantee to get rid of 100% SPAM , I used to use Mailwasher and thought I would check it to see if it was effectively "empty" since using Clearmymail. But it still downloads 5000-6000 spam a day ! Its seems that Clearmymail has "missed" these, the genuine emails I do get through Clearmymail arrive about a week after they are sent!. I have emailed them for advice but no response after two weeks !. Has anyoneelse had the same problems?

5000 a day!!! Strikes me it's time to dump that email address and start over. Have you paid anything to this company?

Hi , I cant get another email address as its for my website. I do pay for the service they provide but I dont mind if it works, as I used to spend over an hour a day just downloading and deleting spam. They say that 9 out of 10 emails are now spam but thats ok when you recieve 20 -30 a day, my emails are 5000 a day with 1 or 2 geniune ones , thats more than 9.99 out of 10 !
