Reply or Forward problems in outlook 2007

I have recently upgraded the PC's at work to outlook 2007 and a lot of my users are having problems replying and forwarding emails.
The to, from details seem to be sitting next tho their signature instead of underneath as it did with outlook 2003.
I have looked on the support pages on the MS site, but cannot find anything that fixes the problem.
Has anyone else had this problem and how did you resolve it?
