Hi
When my wife or i open yahoo emails on her side of computer,we cannot see the message only who it is from, also she cannot use the im. but if we use my side then all is working we run ie7 (she can open emails on her own side but not use im's- if she uses firefox- the letter P seems to be stuck on the im screen & wont delete/erase ) any help gratefully received
