Incredimail

Hi
Both my wife and I use Incredimail on XP SP2.
Recently incredimail has started pulling up old Emails that it has already brought up. It means going into MS Hotmail daily to delete everything otherwise the same Emails keep coming up over and over.
Any help will be appreciated
