Attachment problem, please help!

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone can help me. I've been sending attachments from my Mac mail to customers with Outlook for ages but recently customers have been saying that the attachments have become embedded into the email and they can't save them. As far as I'm aware I haven't changed any settings.
Anyone got any ideas please?
