yahoo emails all gone!!!!

hi, just joint this website, need some help, advice or any ideas to my problem.
it all happened about 2 weeks ago, i went to read my yahoo mail, and it had all disappeared, from every box, inbox, outbox, junk ect.., and ever since i have not received any emails???
i was using yahoo beta at the time this happened, i have now gone back to the old yahoo mail service, but still nothing resolved. i have emailed yahoo several times but have not had any reply.
i am using windows xp, if that helps.
i did not change anything or do anything for this to all happen, and i have lost many important emails, so if anyone can please advice me i would be very greatful.

I'm afraid you've discovered one of the downsides of using a web based email provider and relying on that to store your emails. If you haven't stored your mail on your own PC then all you can do is ask Yahoo to help. As they haven't bothered to respond I don't hold out a great deal of hope that you'll get your emails back.

hi just to add when i sign in to my yahoo messanger it says i have 87 new mail messages, when i click on that sign it takes me to yahoo mail sign in, which i do, and then it goes to my yahoo mail which says i have no emails in any of the boxes, inbox ect...???????????????????????????????

You really do need Yahoo to respond to your messages. That's the only way I can think of to get to your mail. As a matter of interest, have you tried logging on to your Yahoo account from a different computer?

I know this is a bit of a belated reply but the YahooMail Beta is having problems with 3rd party browsers and if Accessed via Internet Explorer (especially Version 7) A lot of the graphics are Missing (control settings?) but the mail sometimes is accessible
But the Best way of reaching the page is to open it with the originsl version on the Internet Explorer page
I have a backlog of over 8000 forum reply noptification postings(4%)Parked there. Keeps the account alive.
Yahoo & Co are being very slow on Rectifying this issue
Reliable Rumour: They are planning to roll out a new version anytime soon with an unspecified mailbox size Am looking out for that
Yet They cannot fix this long running bug!
