Hi There
My friend sends me e-mails and when in my inbox, there is an attachment icon even when he has not attached one.
he is a techie himself so I think he has checked the obvious things, he uses XP.
I use w98se and everything my end is normal and I receive e-mails with and without attachments(and their icons)
Any ideas please

I was wondering if it might be either he's sending in HTML and you're set to read as plain text, possibly that might then show the HTML as an attachment.... or some people send a little virtual business card - could it be that?
