problem reply to e-mail
|

A friend of mine in Russia sends e-mails to me with no problem on Outlook express yet when I reply to her message moments later I get a message saying it failed to send (Mail system delivery fault) I send other e-mails to others without this problem.Does anyone know what this problem is(I'm on Windows Xp) thanks scott.

If you have OE6 set up normally when you receive an email it will automatically put the return address in your Address book. Unfortunately, it doesn't check the complete address properly, so it may well be that your friends address has been corrupted in your Address book. Edit the entry to make sure it's right.

Shouldn't that read...."it will automatically put the return address in your Address book when you press the Reply button to any email.
Always ask the right question, to the right person, and always get the right answer.
