Sound and pics in e-mail

Having read this weeks issue of Webuser i noticed that i could add both sound and backgrounds to my e-mails.

I have followed the item as i saw it but for some reason the pics and sound do not work when sent. They work when i am creating the e-mail but when sent the only thing to be seen is the actual message, there is no background picture or sound.

When i click on `preview` at the bottom of the screen the page turns white and nothing is to be seen other than the written messge.

Can someone tell me where i am going wrong please.

I am using OE6 on XP.

Thanks in advance.

Dave.

Re: Sound and pics in e-mail

Try Tools > Options > Security tab. Remove the tick necxt to Block images and other external content in html email

If not that one, under the read tab remove the tick next to Read all messages in plain text
