Outlook Copy Contacts To Disc ?

Hi
Just got a new pc and I am tryin to find away to save my address book on to disc , but have no idea how to do it ! Can any one help with this?

If you click on File, then Import and Export you can save your Outlook data to a file, then import the file to your new installation using the same menu item.
