Broadband from BT now includes email at no extra cost and about bl**dy time too !
Edit Unfortunately the web site ain't processing requests just now ! Uh !

Good old BT! Looks like you'll just have to be patient, Ray! They're probably inundated with requests. I'm amazed that they didn't offer this service at the outset.
