re frontpage 2003

I am using FrontPage 2003 and I keep getting server timed out messages preventing me from uploading my files. The server insists that there is nothing wrong on theirend so it must be frontpage. Does anyone know why this appears or how to load normally?

That's not particularly great advice. There's a lot of routing done between Frontpage and your hosting server.
Although it may well be a problem at your end Frontpage isn't the only possibility. Might I suggest the first thing you do is get an FTP client (i.e. SmartFTP) and see if you can connect to your server with it. If you still have a problem it may be that FP is in the clear.
