Freeserve web site.

Hello,i started a web site with Freeserve. (Orange) Just recently my FTP (Terrapin)
will not allow me to connect (dialog box says:connection has been reset by the server) Have made numerous phone calls to orange tech support,they have been no help. Any body have a solution.?
