New website and streaming video

Hi everyone. I want to launch a new site with streaming video, but it seems I must pay around £70 a month with a dedicated server to be able to do this. Are there cheaper hosting companies out there that offer streaming/downloadable video for less than this huge monthly cost?

What about hosting your video content on a site such as youtube, then linking to it?
Or another file host such as FileDen
