wow got frontpage 03 for crimbletide. don't know how to use it though. can anyone suggest something please.

Throw it in the bin and use Notepad or Dreamweaver (lol).
Seriously, I thought FP came with tutorials in the Help section? Failing that give Google a whirl "frontpage tutorial" brings up 1.3 million pages, I'd imagine one of them to be, at least useful, if not quite awe inspiring.

The easiest way to learn how to use it is to design a simple web site and gradually add more difficult bits as you get better.
I find it very hard to sit down and learn how to use a software package unless I have a specific goal - I find it easier to pick a goal and then learn the bits of the software I need to get to that goal.
Frontpage is like most microsoft office programs - easy to use, but its also got plenty of stuff you wont use till you're more experienced.
