wanadoo sitebuilder wont publish new pics HELP !

Hello new here, problem with wanadoo sitebuilder, built a site with it had no problems when it was freeserve but now when i try & update site it won't publish the new stuff just the old stuff if you know what i mean, done everything that i can think of and now going demented, tried the technical support folk and well still stuck not much help from them, can anyone help, PLEASE, ta very much, jill
