The single best directory to submit to is dmoz.org, which feeds Google and Yahoo amongst others. Yahoo directory is also held in high esteem by search engines, but they charge for listings. The best way to get your site listed on the big 3 search engines (Google, Yahoo and MSN) is to get your site linked to by other well respected sites. |

Hi Slapmat,Thanks for the feedback.I have been approached by a company and they are trying to charge me 250.00 Pounds to advertise on there webdirectory. There address is http://www.askalix.com/uk/. I only originally submitted it for free. No way I would never pay for that, You are best to go round doing link exchanges and having fresh content with unique keywords on your site. ![]() http://www.WebdesignTalk.co.uk/webuser.php ~ Free/Easy/Fast Free Image Upload Space! *NEW* http://www.WebdesignTalk.co.uk ~ Check out my site! |
