I've made a video clip of my holiday photos using Movie Maker and would like to upload this to my website so my friends and family can watch it. I have saved it to my Pc and it plays ok in Windows Media Player and i have recorded it successfully to a disc that plays in our DVD player. But when i try to put it on my website it doesn't actually play. When i preview the site in my browser (i'm using frontpage 2000 as i dont know anything about html and its my first web site)it plays when i hover my mouse over it, which is what i want it to do, but when its actually been uploaded it doesnt play and has to be downloaded before it can be watched.
Has anyone got any ideas as to why this is happening and how i can do it so that it plays when you hover the mouse over it rather than having to be downloaded?
