Prroblems with Geocities

Whenever I try to open a site hosted by Geocities I get the error message:
IE was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later. I know that I have a problem as I can open these sites on other computers. Any help please?

I have the same problems from time to time and heres how to solve.
Download the latest version of lavasofts Ad-aware (from download.com), install and run it performing an update beforehand. This should find a browser hack and other spyware which will make those sites work again.
I freaked out when it happened to me as my sites hosted with geocities and I the relief is a moment to remember :).
