Framesets

I seem to have a problem with framesets all of a sudden! Particularly on my own website, when I click on a link from my left navbar it loads the page on top of the current page instead of into the frameset, I have checked everything in my left navbar, all the links have the correct settings so I don't why this is happening.
It seems to have started since I installed Google Toolbar 2, could this be causing it?
