every web page is not found
|
|
as the computer is turned on, an error message appears about something called "new.net". the internet connection appears successful (ie it does connect), but every time you attempt to access a web page it comes up with an error, saying page not found, and you cannot access email. The machine's OS is Windows 98. Any ideas? thank you...

Hi aynom
Have you checked your Security and Privacy Settings If not go to IE/tools/ and check those setting they both have slider bars that should be set at MEDUIM click apply then OK you may need to reboot system, I hope this helps as I found it did for me
