MSN EXPLORER

Hi Me again! I Use MSN Explorer as its quick and easy to get to my e-mails...But there is a problem when i start it up instead of being a deep blue colour its a wishy washy white and the graphics are bad! i cannot open my favorites..any ideas what is missing all othe programs work ok .I have re downloaded MSN Explorer but its the same so it must be My PC.
