sky news and sky sports always very slow?

I dont know if its just me, or other people have the same problem, but everytime i go on to these web sites, the pages take forever to load. anywhere else and my comp is usually fine. infact 5 mins ago, my comp actually froze on sky news, which is a first.
anyone else have problems with sky sports/news, and is there something i could do to sort it?

Usually find a lot of flash content on these sites so check that your Adobe Flash Player is fully up to date.
