Firefox tabs

Are there any programs for FF will make their Tabbed browsing as easy to use as the one in IE7? In IE you just have to click on the end of the heading at the top of the page to open a new tab, wheras in FF you have to choose File>new tab. I mostly use FF but I do find the IE system is much better.
