Wrong icons for some sites in firefox faves

Hi all
I,m using the up to date version of Firefox, recently some of the icon's in the bookmarks tab have gone somewhat awry, for example, the fave tab for my online banking shows the icon at the side for Orange, and the PayPal icon appears for a Stranglers website I regularly visit, I've tried clearing all private data and cookies etc. to no avail, anyone got any idea?
