Opening Web pages

I cannot open a web page in full, it always comes out long and narrow, I have to do it manually each time. I have Windows Vista Premium, any ideas how I can make it open in full each time.

browser windows 'remember' how they were last time they were open. therefore, if you set the browser window to the required size, then close all of the browser windows, the next time you open up the browser it should be set to the correct size
