Kay i went through this problem with tech support and they couldnt give me an answer. My internet is working fine, i can be logged onto MSN but IE7 just doesnt work. Some days after a few hours it will work for no reason, but for the most part it doesnt come online. I fixed this problem once before for a few weeks by uninstalling, and re installing, but i want a permanent fix.I tried a Network Diagnostics, and this is what came up...

Everything else says its working fine, its just that. Id appreciate it if someone could help.
