Best Browser for Web Page Printing

Isn't it infuriating when you have a query/problem and you know you've seen it raised/answered elsewhere but you can't seem to find it even when you search?
My query is, which is/are the best web browsers for printing web pages without losing any of the web page down the side of the printed page etc?
This still seems to be an issue with Internet Explorer.

What problems are you having with IE?
Have you tried going via File > Print preview to change settings if your losing some of the web page?
