Changing between web pages quickly

I used to use "alt-tab" to switch between web pages and applications quickly, but now IE7 is tabbed, I can still switch between applications using this method but not web pages (unless they are in a different browser).
Does anyone know a (keyboard) method for switching between web pages when they are in the same IE7 browser?

Switch to next tab CTRL + TAB
Switch to previous tab CTRL + SHIFT + TAB

Not as easy to use as "alt-tab" so it will take some getting used to.
