bbc verus firefox

hi all,
for some reason, when I'm at my mother in laws house using firefox, I can't access the bbc news website. However, if I use IE7 I can anyone any idea how to fix it for her? It works fine on my pc, just not hers.
So far, I've checked for nasties and found nothing and windows is up to date too and if I had any hair worth pulling...I'd be bald
so any and all advice would be appreciated (although no comments about the hair please

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling Firefox.

DOH! I didn't think of that one
I tried the repair option but not reinstalling. I'm working for the next few day's so I'll try it over the weekend.thanks
