error message on firefox

I am seriously stuck with a problem I have with firefox.Whenever I go on a website I get the following error message "onLookupFailed 55 1" (without quotations).When you click ok this occurs about three times and then firefox closes.
I have cleared temp files and ran virus checks/spyware checks and all come up clean.
I am running latest version of firefox on windows xp sp2.I use Mcaffee security suite 2007 and spybot
This does not occur when i use IE7 firefox is my default browser.
Any ideas to sort it????

Disable McAfee SiteAdvisor extension (add-on) and that should stop the problem.
or
Uninstall the extension and download this version which alledgedly solves the issue . . . . >> McAfee SiteAdvisor Plug-in for Firefox
