IE7 visited links colour not changing, but Firefox is OK?

For some reason in the last week or so, my IE7 browser has stopped changing the visited links colour, for example on eBay. I have not changed any settings and checked Tools > options > general > colours has a tick in use windows colours. I have also reinstalled IE7 but no joy. No sites change colour, however Firefox works fine. Any ideas?

Have a look at the History settings. Go to: 'Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Browsing History settings button'. Under 'History', make sure the number of days to keep pages in history is set to '1' or more.
