Re: cannot install Macromedia's Flash Player

Which browser are you using? You can check which version of Flash you've got here. The current version is 9,0,28,0.

Madeline.

Re: cannot install Macromedia's Flash Player

In IE7, have a look in Tools>Manage Add-ons>Enable or Disable Add-ons and look for an entry for "Shockwave Flash Object" and see that it's shown as "Enabled". It may not appear in the list of "Add-ons currently enabled in Internet Explorer", but it should be in the other 3 lists that you'll see in the drop-down menu. It'll show in the 4th one once you've successfully played something using Flash Player. If it's there, but disabled, click on the entry and put a checkmark in the Enable box and click "OK". To check the version in IE, right click the bar at the top of the list in the Manage Add-ons box and click on "Version"; this will expand the list sideways so that you can see which version you have.
Have you checked your version on the link I gave before?

Madeline.
