Someone told me how, but I cannot remember how to set mozilla firefox so the new tabs open in the home page, instead of a blank page.

Re: Mozilla home page tabs

Load all of your favourite sites in the tabs e.g.

WebUser, Gmail, News etc.

Then click on Tools, Options, Main Tab then click Use Current Pages, this will save the tabs you have open and keep them as your homepages.

Re: Mozilla home page tabs

Go to Tools>Options>Tabbed Browsing>User Interface tab and where it says "When loading new tabs, load the:", select "Browser Homepage" from the drop-down menu.

Is that an alternative, or a contradiction...?

You're welcome. I wasn't sure from your first post exactly what you were after, which is why I posted a 2nd option.

Alternative, depending on what you want.

Re: Mozilla home page tabs

Just to clear up any confusion, the 1st option, posted by Mouse, will allow you to open more than one tab as homepages. The one I posted means that when you open a new tab, your homepage will load before you go to whatever site you want by typing the appropriate URL in the Address Box.
